Appointment lengths vary depending on the type of consultation. Our appointments are designed to provide sufficient time to discuss your health concerns without feeling rushed.
Yes – provided we have the necessary medical history and can perform a suitable examination we can prescribe medication in your appointment. Through our partnership with the Chislehurst Pharmacy, you’ll even be able to collect your prescription from them immediately following your appointment, subject to the availability of the medications you require.
Payments for all services are handled through our online payment gateway. Appointments are paid for in advance, and any additional services you want to purchase will also be paid through simple and quick online payments.
Alternatively, we can accept payment by card before or after your appointment in the clinic itself.
Yes. We can arrange referrals for a range of investigations, including MRI, CT, ultrasound and X-ray, as well as referrals to appropriate specialists where required. Discuss your requirements in detail with one of our doctors at your next appointment for more information.
We recommend that there’s a continuity of care between us and your NHS GP, so we advise that all treatments or evaluations we prescribe and undertake be shared with your NHS GP.
We don’t share your information with anyone unless you give specific consent for us to do so. All interactions are confidential.
No. You remain registered with your NHS GP and can continue using NHS services as normal.
Yes. Once we’ve conducted an assessment of your needs and determined that a prescription is appropriate, we will be able to monitor your progress on the medication. You may be asked to have consultations or investigations to review if the medication remains appropriate at regular intervals throughout your treatment. These will be signposted in advance by the clinician.
Repeat prescriptions carry a £10 fee to conduct a suitability review before the prescription will be issued.
Yes, you may bring a chaperone to your appointment. We ask that you please let us know if you’ll be bringing someone with you, or if you would like us to provide someone to act as chaperone during your appointment, as far in advance as possible to prevent us needing to rearrange the appointment due to lack of available support. Yes, there’s free on-street parking on Lower Camden Street, excepting the restrictions in force between 12:00 and 13:00. We don’t offer clinics at this time so you don’t have a clash between your appointment and a lack of free parking.
Follow up investigations and conversations may be offered as a virtual service.
To provide the best quality of care we currently only offer face-to-face appointments for new patients.
Yes, you can change your appointment at any time, free of charge, to a new time within 3 days of the original appointment, subject to availability. Each appointment confirmation and reminder email you receive will have a cancellation link that will walk you through the cancellation process.
You can cancel your appointment at any time by contacting a member of our team. Cancellations for appointments more than 24 hours in advance will receive a refund, minus the £40 non-refundable admin fee. Cancellations for appointments fewer than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
