We’re welcoming new patients!

Step 1: Before You Book

To help us provide safe and effective care, we ask all new patients to complete a short Patient Information Form before their first appointment. This gives us important background information and allows us to spend more time focusing on your healthcare during your consultation.

When you book your first appointment, the form will be sent to you by email, or you can access it by following the link below. If the form isn’t complete before the day of your appointment, please arrive early so that you can complete the information with us on-site without impacting the duration of your appointment. We’re unable to provide medical advice for patients without the information contained in this form.

Step 2: Booking Your Appointment

Choose an appointment that fits your schedule using our online booking system. We currently operate from a single clinic in Chislehurst, and have a range of doctors that each have different interests and specialisms, to give you a wide choice of who you see to offer the care you need.

To book an appointment convenient to you, visit our bookings page. This will give you the ability to select a day that suits you, and an available time slot. Appointments available through our online portal last 30 minutes. When booking, you can select which of our doctors you’d like to see, so you have greater control over your continuity of care.

Once you’ve selected your availability, it’s a simple step to secure your booking with an online prepayment. Once done, you’ll receive email confirmations and reminders before your appointment time, and our team remain available to support any queries you may have.

Step 3: Attending your Appointment

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand your health needs. We’ll discuss your medical history, current concerns, any medications you’re taking, and what you’d like to achieve from your appointment. If the information form above hasn’t been completed before your appointment, our team will complete it with you before the consultation begins.

Where appropriate, we’ll recommend investigations, treatment or referral options, explaining everything clearly before you decide how you’d like to proceed.
