Fees
At South London Medical, we keep things simple. All appointments carry a standard, transparent fee that’s payable at the time of booking.
Sometimes, you may choose extra services such as blood tests, specialist treatments, or private medical reports. If so, we’ll always discuss the options and give you the details before you decide. You will never be charged for anything without knowing exactly what it is and what it costs. This way, you can make fully informed decisions about your care with confidence, knowing there are no surprises.

We recommend a 30-minute consultation for your first appointment with us. This will give us enough time to properly register your information so we can give you the best possible care.
Payments
Payments are taken when you book your initial consultation through our trusted payment gateway, Stripe.
Procedures, tests and additional activities that you choose during your consultation will be paid for through online payment as well, with a simple email link being sent to you to easily complete there and then, ensuring there’s no delay to your treatment and giving you peace of mind with a clear paper trail of exactly what’s been done when.
Cancellations
We understand that plans change. You can reschedule your appointment at no cost, provided the new time is within 3 days of your original booking.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, a £40 non-refundable administrative fee applies to all cancellations to cover clinical and booking costs.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your booking — we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
