If you require a repeat prescription for medication previously prescribed by a clinician, we can review your request and issue a prescription where clinically appropriate.

How it works
- Submit your prescription request
- A doctor reviews your medication and clinical information
- If appropriate, your prescription is issued
- If further assessment is required, we will advise you
- Collect your prescription
Fees
A £10 fee covers the clinical review required before a prescription can be issued.
Prescriptions will be issued and can be filled at The Chislehurst Pharmacy, or at any chemist of your choosing, dependent on availability.
Important Information
- We cannot guarantee prescriptions will be issued without clinical review
- Some medications may require an appointment
- Controlled drugs and certain medications may require additional assessment
