What’s involved?
After assessing your symptoms, your GP can arrange a CT referral through our trusted imaging partners at Lyca Health Orpington. During the scan, you’ll lie on a table that moves through the scanner. The CT scanner takes images from multiple angles.
The procedure is fast and painless. It usually takes only a few minutes. In some cases, your clinician may use contrast dye to improve image quality. A specialist radiologist then reviews your images before discussing the results with you.
